That’s why we offer you a delicious strawberry crumb recipe, for example, to enjoy at the garden table!
What I need:
For 6 servings
- 1 kg of strawberries
- 150 g of flour
- 150 g butter
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
Strawberry crumb stages:
1) Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees.
2) Take the butter from the refrigerator and cut it into cubes. Let it soften.
3) Strain the flour into a bowl and add the brown sugar. Mix the two powders.
4) Add the softened butter and knead the dough with your fingertips. You must obtain a sandy preparation. Book.
5) Peel the strawberries and wash them. Cut each strawberry in half.
6) Put the strawberries in a bowl and add icing sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix everything with a spatula.
7) Place the sweetened strawberries in the ramekins and cover them with sand.
8) Bake everything for 25 minutes.
