What I need:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 4 mantelia
  • 25 cl fresh cream
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 10 cl milk
  • 100 g Salers
  • 2 slices of white ham
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • Chopped pepper
  • Salt

Manufacturing steps with quiche mangel :

1) Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees.

2) Wash the chard and peel them at stem level. Cut the ribs.
