  • 1 homemade bechamel sauce
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 400 g of spinach
  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 1 shallot
  • Olive oil
  • Salt,
  • Pepper
  • 1 large bunch of fresh basil

Steps for making spinach lasagne:

1) Start by peeling the shallots and finely chopping them. Brown them in a pan with a sip of olive oil.

2) Add the spinach to the pan. Let it boil.

3) Take the pan off the stove and add the ricotta. Stir gently to blend well.

4) Chop the basil and add it to the pan. Book.

5) Lubricate the pan and add it to the bottom of the lasagna plates.

6) Add a little “spinach-ricotta-basil” and spread lightly.
